If you’ve scrolled through your feed lately, you’ve probably noticed that barn weddings are having a major comeback. As a large venue, New Field Farm can host up to 200 people inside our barn and over that outside.
There is a notion floating around that barn weddings are simply made with burlap and mason jars, but that couldn’t be further from the truth. Weddings at New Field Farm are elegant, classic, and historical. We blend the breathtaking natural views with dark woods, king-size suites, and personal decorations for every wedding.

At New Field Farm, we see it every weekend: couples who fall in love not just with the countryside charm, but with the sense of history and togetherness that our barn brings to life. At our venue, you can create a hybrid indoor/outdoor wedding. Many couples enjoy doing their bridal photos and ceremony with the backdrop of the Shenandoah mountains and then going inside our magnificent barn for dancing and dinner, and with seating for up to 200 people, everyone is able to join in. Our couples enjoy the versatility that it brings because they are able to host warm, cozy winter weddings, spring weddings filled with wildflowers, or summer weddings filled with the crops we grow on the property.
At the farm, we’re not just another empty building for you to bring to life; we are a family business who are deeply invested in your wedding. From the first tour to the last dance, our team makes sure every detail shines. We know how stressful the wedding planning process can be, and so it is our mission to make the day as stress-free as possible. We want you to be able to be present, sharing the day with your new spouse and loved ones. At New Field, you can feel confident that our team will sweat the details, so you don’t have to
.
If you’re dreaming of a barn wedding that blends timeless Virginia charm with modern elegance, we’d love to help you make it happen.
