About the Role

Requirements

Primary Focus

  • Curating and managing a high-quality preferred vendor list

  • Negotiating mutually beneficial referral partnerships

  • Creating collaborative marketing opportunities

  • Strengthening New Field Farm’s reputation within the wedding industry


Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and vet top-tier planners, photographers, florists, caterers, DJs, rental companies, and specialty vendors

  • Build and maintain a curated preferred vendor list aligned with our brand

  • Evaluate vendor performance and client satisfaction

  • Remove or refine partnerships when standards are not met

  • Ensure vendor diversity in style, price point, and service offerings


Referral & Partnership Agreements

  • Negotiate referral arrangements and collaboration agreements

  • Structure win-win partnerships that increase bookings

  • Track referral sources and measure partnership ROI

  • Develop strategic cross-promotion campaigns

  • Maintain professional, transparent communication with partners


Styled Shoots & Brand Collaborations

  • Plan and coordinate styled shoots to elevate brand visibility

  • Collaborate with photographers, planners, florists, and designers

  • Ensure shoots align with target client demographics

  • Secure high-quality content for marketing and advertising

  • Pursue publication opportunities in wedding blogs and magazines


Industry Relationship Building

  • Attend networking events and industry mixers

  • Maintain regular contact with key industry partners

  • Position New Field Farm as a leader in hospitality and professionalism

  • Serve as the venue’s external relationship ambassador


Qualifications

  • Strong networking and relationship-building skills

  • Experience negotiating agreements or strategic partnerships

  • Deep understanding of the wedding vendor ecosystem

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Organized and capable of tracking partnership performance metrics

  • Comfortable representing the brand at industry events
