Event Planners & Day-Of Coordinators
Event Planners take care of every detail of your wedding, usually starting 1 year in advance. They will help you select all of your vendors, create a run of show, create and manage your budget, and even help with the guest lists and seating chart.
Day-of Coordinators start between 4-8 weeks in advance to make sure that your wedding runs smoothly. On the day of your wedding, they will make sure all of your vendors are communicating effectively, that your guests are happy, and that you have a stress-free day.
Bands & DJ's
Bands and DJs provide music and entertainment, but also act as hosts (MCs), managing the flow of the reception by making announcements for entrances, toasts, cake cutting, and first dances, while keeping guests engaged with interactive music and transitions. Bands typically bring live energy and texture, DJs bring more genre variety and seamless mixing
Caterers
Caterers take care of everything related to food and beverages, including menu design (appetizers, main courses, desserts, and bars), sourcing ingredients, and presenting the dishes beautifully. They also manage their staff (servers and bartenders), and handle some cleanup, all to provide a seamless and delightful dining experience for the couple and their guests.
Florists
Florists design, create, and set up all floral decor for your wedding, handling everything from the bridal bouquet and boutonnieres to large ceremony arches and reception centerpieces, managing sourcing, design, logistics, setup, and teardown to match the couple's vision and theme. They translate a couple's ideas into reality, ensuring flowers are fresh and perfectly placed for the ceremony and reception.

Bakers design, create, and deliver custom cakes and desserts, acting as culinary artists who bring a couple's vision to life through consultations, tastings, intricate decoration, structural planning for multi-tiered cakes, and precise on-site setup, often coordinating with other vendors to ensure the edible centerpiece perfectly matches the theme and tastes delicious, even handling traditions like saving the top tier.
