Key Responsibilities


Sales & Client Experience

  • Conduct personalized, high-converting venue tours

  • Create a warm, welcoming, and professional experience for couples and families

  • Present pricing, packages, and upgrades confidently

  • Follow up consistently with all inquiries and tour attendees

  • Close bookings and secure signed contracts


Lead & Pipeline Management

  • Respond to new inquiries quickly and professionally

  • Track lead sources and monitor performance by channel

  • Maintain detailed notes and client communication history in CRM

  • Monitor conversion rates

  • Identify gaps and opportunities in the sales funnel


CRM Ownership

  • Own and manage the CRM process from first contact to contract

  • Ensure automation sequences are functioning properly

  • Improve follow-up timing and messaging for better conversion

  • Maintain organized, accurate client records


Revenue Growth

  • Recommend package upgrades and add-ons

  • Track monthly booking goals and revenue targets

  • Report weekly on pipeline status and sales performance

  • Collaborate with ownership on pricing strategy and sales improvements


Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in sales, hospitality, events, or client-facing roles

  • Proven ability to close sales

  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills

  • Comfortable presenting pricing and asking for the sale

  • Highly organized and detail-oriented

  • Experience with CRM systems (HoneyBook, HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar preferred)

  • Comfortable tracking KPIs and analyzing performance data

  • Available for weekend tours and event days as needed
