Requirements
Financial Operations
Manage outgoing and incoming invoices through QuickBooks
Ensure accurate and timely billing to clients
Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding payments
Process and record vendor invoices
Reconciliation & Reporting
Reconcile credit card statements and bank accounts monthly
Identify discrepancies and resolve issues promptly
Maintain organized financial records and documentation
Prepare summary reports and provide financial updates to management
Systems & Organization
Improve organization within QuickBooks and financial workflows
Maintain clean, accurate bookkeeping records
Assist in developing financial tracking systems as the business grows
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (or graduating senior)
Proficiency or working knowledge of QuickBooks (preferred)
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to handle confidential financial information with integrity
Excellent communication skills
Self-starter who thrives in a small business environment
