Grounds & Property Maintenance

• Mow, trim, edge, and maintain lawns and landscaped areas

• Maintain gravel roads, parking areas, and walking paths

• Weed, mulch, and care for flower beds and ceremony spaces

• Remove trees and fallen limbs.

Event Preparation & Support

• Prepare ceremony and reception spaces before events

• Assist with setting up and moving tables, décor, or event materials as needed

• Ensure the venue grounds are spotless before wedding days

• Be on-call for minor maintenance issues during events (as scheduled)

• Assist with post-event cleanup when required

Equipment & Facility Maintenance

• Operate tractors, mowers, blowers, and hand tools

• Perform basic repairs on structures, barns, and venue buildings

• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of maintenance areas

• Monitor equipment for needed repairs or servicing
