We created these sample timelines to give our couples a helpful starting point when planning their wedding day. While every wedding is unique, having a timeline in place can take away so much of the stress and uncertainty that comes with planning. These examples are designed to provide direction, keep the day running smoothly, and help you focus on what truly matters—celebrating with the people you love. And remember, you're never planning alone. Our team is here every step of the way to answer questions, offer guidance, and help make your wedding day as seamless and enjoyable as possible
Signature Blue Ridge Ceremony
12 Hours
10am: Arrival to the farm (bride & groom, bridal parties, those helping set up, wedding planner/coordinator, florists, and caterers)
10-11am: Decoration set up, DJ arrives, sound system set up, bar set up
11am-12pm: Bride and bridesmaid drink some mimosas and make content
12-1pm: Hair and makeup arrive, photographers arrive for detail and getting ready shots, bride and bridesmaid start getting ready, have a light lunch and drink water, jam out to music
1-2pm: Wedding coordinators checks in with vendors, hair and makeup continue
2-3pm: First looks, wedding party photos, immediate family photos
3-4pm: Final touch ups, pictures, take a deep breath and take it all in
4pm: Guests arrive
4:30pm: Ceremony starts
5pm: Ceremony ends
5-6pm: Cocktail hour begins, drinks and appetizers are served, pictures with extended family
5:30-6pm: Couple and photographer go up to the ridge to take sunset pictures
6-7pm: The newlywed's grand entrance, welcome, dinner service begins
7-8pm: Couples first dance, parent dances, toasts to the newlyweds, dance floor opens up
8-8:15pm: Cake cutting, dessert is served,
8:15-8:45pm: Dance party continues
8:45-8:55: Guests get ready for a send off and the couple does a private last moment
9pm: Couple send off
9-10pm: Clean up and depart from venue
All Inclusive Ceremony
24 Hours
Day Of:
8am: Wake up to a beautiful, crisp, and quiet morning. Brew up a hot cup of coffee to enjoy on the back porch while you take in the peace of the singing birds
10am: Wedding planner/coordinator (included in package), florists, and caterers arrive
10-11am: Venue staff decorates for you, DJ arrives, sound system set up, bar set up
11am-12pm: Bride and bridesmaid drink some mimosas and make content
12-1pm: Hair and makeup arrive, photographers arrive for detail and getting ready shots, bride and bridesmaid start getting ready, have a light lunch and drink water, jam out to music

Weekend Takeover Ceremony

Day Before:
4pm: Check into the 4 suites included in the package! Get all settled in
5pm: Get dressed up and ready to host your rehearsal dinner
6pm: Your closes friends and family arrive to the venue, make new memories, and eat some amazing food
Day Of:

Elegant Elopement Ceremony

2:00pm: Arrival to the Farm
2:00-2:45pm: Set up centerpieces and personal decoration while the bride gets hair, makeup, and dressed in the bridal suite
2:45–3:00pm: First look and final touch-ups
3:00–3:15 PM: Ceremony
3:15–4:15pm: Take family and bridal party photos
4:15–5:30pm: Enjoy a buffet-style dinner with family and friends
5:30–6:15pm: Dessert, mingling, and additional photos
6:15–6:45pm: Take down decorations, pack up personal items, and send guests on their way
7:00pm: Depart from the Farm
