Service Description

This call is to get the final logistics of your event ironed out for your event if you opted not to purchase the Blue Ridge Mountain Day of Coordinator package. This call will be covering venue floor plan layout and the basic timeline of your event. If you have booked use of New Field Farm's day of Coordinator then you will want to book a time utilizing the "Day of Coordinator Timeline Consultation" booking.

Cancellation Policy

If booking a tour: To cancel or reschedule please contact us at least one hour prior to your scheduled tour time. If booking a wedding: To cancel your event, please refer to your contract.
